Pizza Night Tips

We have what we call “Pizza Nights”… not nights when we buy pizza .. but instead… nights I make pizza. I make all kinds.. the key here is… quick and easy… I either make the dough ahead or purchase dough at the grocery store… while it doesn’t compare to getting one from a pizzeria .. it does just fine for those nights we want to kick back a bit.TIPSI like to serve a big antipasto salad with it…
