Recipe: Green Eggs and Ham

Green Eggs and Ham…. how I miss reading Dr. Suess to my son… some of my fondest memories are the times we would snuggle at bedtime and settle in with a book…. Making holiday celebrations fun for kids is also a great way to them involved.. and with St. Patrick’s Day coming.. and all things green.. why not make it a Green Eggs and Ham breakfast…. maybe take turns reading from the book.This recipe
