Recipe: Quick and Easy Apricot Chicken

This recipe for Apricot Chicken is so quick and easy... I
was skeptical... I saw this recipe so many places... and it never had a bad
review ... but the ingredients seemed strange to me.. but then again.. nothing
ventured nothing gained... so I tried it... and we liked it!

TIPS

The recipe calls for a bottle of Red Russian dressing..
don't substitute the pink stuff.... if you can't find
