Recipe: Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich

I saw a Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich on a menu recently and remembered I had put it on a “To Do” list ages ago and forgot about it. I used to make this sandwich with some oven fries for my son for supper sometimes and he loved it… TIPSYou can use homemade Oven Fried Chicken Fingers or commercial ones… I highly recommend making your own… it’s really very easy.
